At Tico Creations Our goal is to offer the best products and service to all of our customers. All our products are made to order and the time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, Production, Personalization, quality check and packaging.
This process takes approximately 6 business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to your door.. It will vary depending on destination and service choses, but most of our packages are delivered between 3 and 6 business days after leaving our shop.

Shipping Costs vary depending on Location and service chosen.
Yes, if you are located in the bay area and would like to personally pick up your order, please choose local pick up at time of check out and we will provide directions for pick up in the order ready email notification.
